Whoa. This did not go where I expected at all. And, I'm so in tune with your Kirk, that I feel exactly like he does about the Bones/Sarek thing... intensely uncomfortable. And then the end made me almost cry! Poor Jim. He's in love with Bones, isn't he? And doesn't want all that visible crap. *sigh*
