Bring out the champagne

Damn, I struggled with Draws 13! Writing from Pike's POV when I couldn't get a real grip on how he ticked was the hardest thing ever. There were moments when I was this -||- close to giving up on the whole series.

But now that it's out in the wild, I can finish Draws 14 (which actually has been the second part of 13, but there's no rule I can only post +50K stories, right?). 35K are already written, and while I struggle a little with the plot development, I'm hopeful it won't take another 15 months till it's ready.

Thanks so much to everyone whose continuous support and words of encouragement made me get through the endless (re)writing ♥ I wouldn't have been able to do it without you!

I was so surprised and happy when I saw p. 13 posted last night. As a reader, I am so glad you decided not to give up and continued on.

We have such beautiful sunshine here today, I hope you're getting a dose of spring, too, after getting over the hardest part. ♥

I'm also very glad I didn't give up :) But seriously, fanfic writing should be fun and it wasn't always that way in the last months.

Yes, we had sun here too in the afternoon, so after working a lot in the homeoffice, I went to do sports and then made a long walk outside. Yum.
