Just watched a documentary about the intense training of German mine divers (Minentaucher, an elite group), and after they passed their last test - which was swimming four kilometers in neopren suits - they were welcomed and congratulated at the beach... and then the honored tradition was that they had to bend over (standing) and their older comrades passed behind them, each slapping the right ass cheek of each new diver!
