Catching up...

...on Heroes, oh the pleasure! Watched ep 11-15 today. This is great!

Now it's 0334 and I badly need to go to bed...

Thursday - ToDo's

- Phone parents about whether they'll both come / one / none next weekend.

- Build the cabinet that was delivered yesterday but utterly swamped me with the thousand nuts and bolts it brought along with a pile of wood.

- Get that smelling thing out of the fridge. Uuuh.

- Try and find something for my mother-in-law's "party" on Sunday. Although I hate doing funny things at such events. Bleh. In the past, I always just tap-danced, but that was a long time ago...

- Read business mails - nothing new about potential customers.

Need. More. Coffee.

No new file today, but if you missed my download of An evening with Deforest Kelley or the 444 MB are too much for your line, I got it uploaded to my imeem account in three parts (de eve1-3).

Just spent 2.5 hours(?!) on assembling the cabinet. And of course, there's a problem with a screw at the second-to-last drawer. Therefore, the cabinet is at 98% now. My back aches like hell. And the office is full of little wood splinters and dust now. Sigh. *takes out the vacuum cleaner* Next time, I'll shop for an antique, ready for using thingy.

My parents will drive up to the north tomorrow and likely visit our house on Saturday. I'm looking forward to seeing them, but not to the house visit.

All in all, I want this weekend to be over as fast as possible. Family is something I can only stand in rather small dosage.

amusing side note

When reading GO stories, I stay really cold over P/Q - but give me three lines of Picard/Riker and I'm all hot and horny.

Sigh. Why I can never fall for the main slash pairings of a series? Would make things so much easier at times.
