When reading GO stories, I stay really cold over P/Q - but give me three lines of Picard/Riker and I'm all hot and horny.

Sigh. Why I can never fall for the main slash pairings of a series? Would make things so much easier at times.

I like some of Slasherfem's P/R stories. They aren't great, but on the okay-level for me.

P/Q...I understand why people see it, but I think I can't see a god being in a relationship with a human. If Q can do anything, anytime, where would be the problems and adventures for Picard?

Well, I would admit he's unusually fascinated with Picard, but I see it as a cat and mouse thing. He toys with Picard and is amused by his reactions and maybe even impressed by him. But ultimately? He's a god like being and the slash pairing just doesn't sound exciting to me. Maybe if he'd stayed human when the Q punished him... But even then - yawn.
