Watching TMP on German TV

Kirk's asshole factor is incredibly high through most of it - and maybe that's the reason why it's one of my favorite trek movies, I love broken, edgy heroes :)

P.S. 59.7 and counting.

I agree - Kirk was as ass through most of it. I liked that too - I also liked Pille pointing it out to him.

(Most of all I liked Spock and McCoy running around in each other's uniforms, though. :P)

EDIT: Guess what I found when I turned on the tv today: ST II. I'll probably watch it just to hear Kirk yell it one more time.)

They have trek day today; TMP came before ST II, ST II come later tonight.

Guess what we're watching :P

Yeah, it's Trek day. In another place I'm currently discussing the fail of some scenes from the perspective of a McCoy fan with a fellow one of those.

Oh, look! Chekov's come out of the closet!

True, that. And Spock is weird, too &ndash first cold as a fish fresh from the pond and then somewhat emo. It's one of my favourites, too, because they're screwed up and save the day in a non-ideal manner. ;-)

P.S. 59.7 and counting.

Woah! \o/

60.2 now! I actually hope to get all remaining gaps filled tonight.

Spock, yeah, from cold to emo, lol, so true! Though to me, TMP is mostly a Kirk/Enterprise movie :)
