McCoy/Carol Marcus(/Kirk) - aliens made them do it = baby David (warning: dubcon)

Kirk, Carol, and McCoy get stuck on an away mission gone wrong. Either the aliens just assume Carol is the captain's woman, or she and Kirk have maybe been tentatively dating - but they decide to make Kirk watch McCoy and Carol have sex to humiliate him. Which they do, and it's dubcon but also hot for everybody involved, and when they get back to the ship there are all these very confused feelings which they don't talk about...until they find out Carol is pregnant.

She decides to continue the pregnancy, but demands that Kirk and McCoy work out their years of repressed feelings. I would absolutely love for this to turn into happy Kirk/McCoy/Carol, but will accept a solely Kirk/McCoy resolution as long as they all end up amicably raising David.

I've seen a lot of fics where Jim and Spock are together in TOS, and Jim ignores that destiny in order to be with Bones.

I want to see the reverse, where Kirk learns through the meld that Spock and McCoy were together (or are still together, depending on how you want to treat the timeline and how much angst you want to add) and, as a result, tries to avoid Bones.
