Spock/Kirk - Hybrid Kissing
Spock doesn't find the human way of kissing to be stimulating, and Kirk is equally unimpressed with Vulcan finger kisses.
As a compromise, they experiment with having Spock's fingers in Kirk's mouth and the results are surprisingly addictive. While it's unconventional, it definitely works for them.
