Random thoughts

- Does having a manually collected and checked linklist with 709 entries mean that I have no life?
- I wish the misc category would sort itself...it's one big garbled pile by now.
- Opening a new category "animation" means I'm in for doom.

- Note to self: Do a wget for every interesting site, because it may be down tomorrow :/
- My art page has grown into a monster. Uh. Need to add some internal links.

Sigh.

I've got most of the final part of my MU universe drafted in my mind by now. This means that once I would sit down and write, I guess I'd get the drafts finished within...two weeks maybe. But for this, I would have to keep writing - something that was close to impossible in 2005. I'm not sure how to get myself on track.

Ah well. Clearing my clothes' cabinet for now. And checking if any money arrived.

I sure wish I had more vacation. Working 9 months/year should be quite enough - otherwise, there's just not enough time left for the really interesting things.

So, I'm working my way through the clothes' closet (and closet indeed, since I just found a 20 DM note in one of the pockets where it probably stayed for five years).

I try to get rid of my German size 48-50-52 stuff now, at least of those things I definitely won't wear anymore, even if I could ever reduce my body size.

Oh, and something I wanted to say concerning new year's resolutions...IMVHO, either you make PLANS (something definite in your schedule with a real chance to get done) or you make RESOLUTIONS (usually not worth the nerve cells your brain spends on them, prone to not get fulfilled and end in a major bad conscience that spoils the fun). Think about the wording ;)

I'm not going to say which plans I have :) (actually, rather few as the future turn of my working life between projects and possible steady job is much in limbo).

And something funny gakked from tboy (obviously using just the first seven icons in the user profile, but it's damn telling in my case, LOL)

Result of the day: My closet wasn't that empty for the last 6 years :) Cool.

After talking with hubby about the fate of my old (and some new) clothes, I'll probably give them to a local support organization (Caritas) in Bremen. Reason: Ebay is too much bother for very littly gain, and the big clothing collections partly end up in Africa(!) where they destroy the local clothing market.

My wuffelchen is cooking now, and I sort my leftover socks. Uuups, wuffelchen was mucho quick. Eating spaghetti carbonara now, yummy!

Coming later...maybe writing? And tomorrow...taxes.

For once I wish I'd write just like some others, from the beginning down to the ending. Instead, I'm sitting on 10.000 words of which I cyclically remove and rewrite a few hundreds without coming any closer to finishing the story :(
