Random mix.

Worked overtime again, because there was a big traffic jam on my way home again! Dammit. I want to get beamed. As alternative, I once again consider buying a more comfortable car *dreams* as well as try to push the company to allow me working in my homeoffice half the time. We'll see what happens first. They want me until middle of October, at least.

We've got a new mate here - husband's cousine caught a wet and tired budgie and they gave it to us as foster bird. It's an extremely quiet bird, but also a very relaxed one, very used to humans. It's sitting in a cage on its own in quarantine for now, with water and food.

By all rights I should feel dead, but I actually feel quite awake. It's great to feel great!

P.S. Finally decided to stop bitching that I'm not able to do magnificent fannish things every evening and night. I've got a project which is a lot of traveling and work, but it's paying the rent and the goodies and just comes first now. If I get my promised art&stuff done - fine. It not - that's life.
