Jan. 2nd, 2010 07:30 pmI don't write a lot of het fanfic, but I enjoy reading it when in the mood, and the Ladies 1st fic exchange is definitely a wonderful way to kindle that mood!
My favorites among the many well-done stories would be these:
Are You Gonna Be My Girl? Kirk/Uhura, Uhura/Gaila, Kirk/Uhura/Gaila - for a delicious romp with a great characterization and hot sex. Oh, and I want that toy!
Come Fly With Me: Five Moments On A Journey Gaila/Pike, pre-movie - for Pike being totally himself, in every regard, and Gaila being awesome and intelligent and hot (and wrapping him around her lovely fingers in a delicious way).
For Shadows to Fall, Light Must Shine Gaila/Pike, post-movie - for a delightful and touching reconnection between the two, reflecting on the past and at the same time heading on into the future.
