Is Q omnipotent across the universes, so there is only one Q? Or are there MUQ? Regardless, I think this Q is very Q and he works either way, because I could see him compartmentalising the various Picards/crews if there is just one. He's got that kind of removed evil feel about him that Q-as-villain should have. I like this MU-Data as well - he's exactly how I could picture him.
