Kirk/Uhura/Spock/Bones...Something sweet 'n' relationshippy. Maybe a movie night or remembering how they're pairs switched into four...

After years of sleeping around with anything that moves, Kirk finally finds the one person he's willing to be monogamous for (really don't care who). Then they dump him. Kirk finds solace in the arms of either Pike or Spock Prime. Angst + happy ending.
(Kirk/Pike, Kirk/SpockPrime are both really cool pairings IMO.)

Kirk and Bones are BFF room-mates at the Academy. They start sharing women and it becomes a regular thing (Kirk is awesome at picking them up and, well, most of em don’t refuse when he asks if his “hot doctor friend” can join in). Then one night, they just happen to find a girl that’s a little but kinkier than the rest and she urges Kirk and Bones to kiss and touch each other. This leads to Kirk and Bones having to deal with their feelings toward each other.
(A more traditional setting but it could make for hot pr0n *cough*)
