As nobody writes new Pike fic for me *whines a little*glares a little* ;) I had to read through the [livejournal.com profile] pike_2009 archive and write twenty-three story feedbacks :P So, there!

*nursing new plot ideas*

Story rec: The most surprising of the bunch was the terribly-titled a story with a title that was not conductive for me even trying to read it: Lensflare Lover by leftarrow (which should've been a pointer, because she writes great stuff). The story is mainly Pike/Enterprise - literally, because it has avatars - and really, give it a try if you have missed it so far! Great, inventive, and intriguing.

There will be more Pike from me soon!

And YAY for feedback! You're a ROCK STAR.

Glad to get more Pike!

ANY Pike currently rocks my boat but Pike/No1 is especially high on the list :) And you write them so beautifully.

What's wrong with the title Lensflare Lover? :'D And we are writing new Pike fic for you! Really! It's just... taking a while. *sigh*

I know, I know. It's just been such a relatively harsh stop on incoming Pike stories, it's hard! *G*

P.S. "Lenseflare Lovers" is a title not conductive for giving the story a try; I already was a group member at that time and obviously skipped it. Admittedly I also skipped your pirate AU with Pike/Kirk but I read a bit in it last night and will give it a new try because it's good!

I know what you mean, although rubynye's stories about him, which come every couple weeks or so, have been keeping me going. :'D

I suppose I think it's strange because I tend to ignore titles utterly and judge by author and summary and things. Also: uh, you might want to hold off on the pirate fic unless you're really desperate, a) it's flowery and horrifying, b) the last chapter is coming along very slowly, so, you know.

I was desperate last night! *giggles* But I might hold off reading until it's complete :)

I've been going through the Pike/Number One Masterlist and literally re-reading EVERYTHING, tho I admit, this week I got not one but two new P/1 stories, so I shouldn't complain.

I'm as guilty as anyone, but yes, I want more Pike too. I want more Pike bad enough that even with an RL writing deadline set for Monday morning, I've been busily plugging away at more Pike/McCoy for the better part of this weekend so far. *headdesk*

I'll be sure to follow the rec as soon as I've got time for reading *more headdesk damnit* because I probably haven't read everything at [livejournal.com profile] pike2009 yet and, yes, I want more Pike!!

More Pike is a worthy goal in life, and I adore your Pike/McCoy so I shamelessly think that writing that is more relevant for my life than your deadline *winks* :)

Sigh, I actually have work here and mostly just read and chatted away the time, so writing is really productive, compared to it.

Hmmm. Give me someone(s) to pair him with, and a one-word prompt, and I'll see if my muse can come up with something...

You amuse me, madam, truly you do.

For years you nurse this unrequieted McCoy lust. Then when McCoy becomes popular, you ditch him in favor of the less-popular Pike and then complain that there's not enough of him.

I do read enormous amounts of K/Mc!

I just happen to have fallen in love with Pike too *palms face* due to certain writers. And now I think it's their job to keep delivering gorgeous Pike fic! *giggles*

Did you ever read 5 Dreams that Sort-of Came True (And One That Definitely Didn't)? It's on the bitter side of bittersweet, but it's very restrained and beautiful.

Yes, I read it last night! Beautiful, and a sad ending (there is no permanent wheelchair in my book!) :))

I'm no help when it comes to more Pike story fodder but wanted to add more drool over the Spock Prime/Pike icon. :D *lusts*
