Reasons why glbt folks should not vote for Bush - the most creepy thing is this:

009. Bush nominated Jerry Thacker to the Presidential Advisory Commission on HIV and AIDS. Thacker has referred to AIDS as "the gay plague" and has called homosexuality a "deathstyle."

The word "deathstyle" comes from a very rightwing, christian corner and I used the websites of such people for "inspiration" (args) for my S/Mc Tarot Suite (where the federation starts to hunt homosexuals). I feel as if the story, which interwines things from the past (Hitler and more) and some post-9/11 developments, has become much too much a story about upcoming events...

Just a little bit of history repeating...

Seems to me more like very frightened children, so frightened they can't help but getting very angry. Unfortunately, through some defect in the system, they were given way too much power.
