Sep. 25th, 2004 06:01 pmI finished another Sisko/Jesko Dax story (4000 words NC-17 hot Trill/human action!) and nudged the one DS9 beta reader I have if she liked looking over it. But if someone else of my ljfriends would take the job, I would heartily welcome hir offer and be extremely grateful :))
I'm very close to buying a big new computer, well, my older one which I need to replace was from 2000/2001 and so I think that's fine. I'm still fidgeting a bit concerning the money, but I need tospend invest some anyway, or our state goes after me next year, wanting LOTS OF TAXES *gasps*
Hubby takes a shower, and then we're off for shopping. Super-late, 'cause it's 1800 here already. Good thing that some shopping centers are open until 2000 in Germany now :)

Date: 2004-09-26 03:48 am (UTC)Good luck. I always figured that video editing was one of those things that looked like it should be easy, but probably takes an amazing eye, style and timing to get just right.

Date: 2004-09-26 08:19 am (UTC)Well, must be connected to me having progressively more money in the last 1.5 years.
I hope I can manage it, because before the photomanips, I was totally sure I'm not artistic besides texts, but now I'm hopeful that my good memory, love for music and rhythm, and my computer assembly are good for a vid, too :)
Problem is: When I program VBA, I can't write. When I write, I can't do manips and vice versa. Means, I can do vids only if I don't do anything else which needs the creative part of my brain. ARGS. Anyone a 36h day for me?
