I love it when the characters suddenly drive the plot. In my story, Kirk was already leaning forward and opening his mouth to ask Sarek for help to save McCoy - when I suddenly realized he'd rather see him dead than in the Vulcan's hands.

So Kirk said something completely different.

The day was rather productive, and we also had a funny hypnosis session in which we're not sure if my husband was a) in a really, really deep trance or b) simply asleep. Which brought me out of rhythm. Will handle it better next time.

(Edit: Do not go shopping at Amazon. Do not buy more books about hypnosis. Do not - too late. Ah well, I can always sell them again.)

MU part 6 is almost done as first draft. Writing on MU part 5/7 now. 6300 words so far, but it's still lacking a strong secondary plot line to make it more interesting. Wrecking my brain about that one for months already. Maybe I should write 7/7 instead.

Uuups. Forgot that part 7 is in a really bad state. Duh. A mere 500 words of the draft are really usable.

Well. Watching "Gangs of New york" on TV, but I don't think I'd recommend that movie to anyone. It's not really touching me.
