1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? Have been to the US :) and have done Photomanips.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I didn't do any last year, but for this year, more sports is on top.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Yes, friends of us got a baby.
4. Did anyone close to you die? Not really close, but the father of an old friend died in a traffic accident :(
5. What countries did you visit? USA, Denmark, MacPom ;)
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004? More projects close to my home.
7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? 27. October because the last project was over.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I taught myself how to do photomanips and I re-learned programming (Visual Basic, but hey, it worked!). I even started with French again! Also, I did cook for a bunch of 20 people and
9. What was your biggest failure? Once again not really having contact with my flatmates. Resolution: If I go on such projects again, I'll take an apartment of my own.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? No. I have got to watch my blood pressure, though *sigh*
11. What was the best thing you bought? The K/Mc drawing, because having something original and unique is really an amazing feeling. But our car is a very close second *g*
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration? Hubby. The endless source of good feelings and support. And he can live with all my weirdnesses - truly amazing.
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed? US voters...ah well. And my project's teamleaderess.
14. Where did most of your money go? Traveling, train rides, DVDs, computers, food, art (hehe), .
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? The K/S convention in the US, since I'd never before been either to a convention nor to the States.
16. What song will always remind you of 2004? None in particular.
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
Happier or Sadder? Happier, because I was home for November and December - last year, I was working in Nuremberg.
Thinner or Fatter? Still the same.
Richer or Poorer? Richer, on the expense of a lot of nerves and personal happiness over those 6 months of the last project.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Sports.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Eaten crap.
20. How will you be spending Christmas? We're going to meet my in-laws aka hubby's mother and brother.
22. Did you fall in love in 2004? I fell in love, again and again, with my wonderful hubby :)
23. How many one-night stands? Hmmm, only a multiple-night-stand with a friend (about which my hubby knew in advance and was fine with it). And it was really intense...*sends some kisses along*
24. What was your favorite TV program? I think there was mostly crap, and I barely watched.
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Not hating, but truly despising that teamleaderess...
26. What was the best book you read? None. I read some, but no particular stayed in mind.

28. What did you want and get? A K/Mc drawing by a true artist!

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? A project closer to home.

34. What kept you sane? Hubby, my fandom friends, internet in general.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? None in particular.
36. What political issue stirred you the most? US elections and Hartz IV (although it's not a theme for me directly).
37. Who did you miss? Said friend from the multiple-night-stand, because xe's living too far away.
38. Who were the best new people you met? My US friends at KiScon, especially the three closest ones! It was so a wonderful meeting, and is still staying with me.
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004: It's never too last to start with something completely different or with something about which one always thought that one would be unable to do it.
