F*ck the German Telekom!
Feb. 17th, 2005 10:45 am-I ordered online at Feb 1.
-At Feb 14 I got a snailmail that they had processed my order from Feb 9(!?) and that they will install the line at Feb 17.
-At Feb 16 I phoned the call center, told them that Feb 17 does not work. We made a new appointment for Feb. 18.
- Today, at Feb 17, I got a call from the person who should install the line, telling me that he could not meet me (NO WONDER) and that I should call the call center for a new date.
- I called the call center but I need to have my customer number or my local telephone number so that they can look me up in the database. Of course I don't have those information with me.
F*CK YOU F*CKING TELEKOM!!!
(Other than that, all is well...)
