Sadly, not in the English Google version. On the other hand, they do have a beta of an "alert" function--enter your search terms and it will tell you on a daily or weekly basis if any NEW results come up for your search. Found it here.
It's here (http://www.google.com/help/features.html#calculator), under the help menu which is--IMVHO misleadingly named as it is general helpful things for work/surfing and not Google help--accessed from the "More" option in the search engine page. I found these by accident one day when I was clicking on everthing I could to try and find out the significance of one the special themed logos-of-the day. About a month later I realized that one could just leave the mouse on the logo (DUH!) and the description would appear. That one was a certain artist's birthday.
The coolest thing I found was Keyhole (http://www.keyhole.com/). I haven't paid for it yet, but everytime I start reseaching geography for a story setting, I think of how worthwhile it would be.
Thanks for the pointers. They keep adding stuff, makes it hard to keep up. My favorite are the Google pages in foreign languages. Check out Pig Latin, Swedish Chef, and Klingon!
