The day was alright, the train ride quite productive. Wrote a bit S/Mc, but the main thing: I really wrote something for my K/S/Sa novel. I also remembered that there was a quite-non-cons part I once took out because Lyra didn't like it (sorry, dear) - I put it in again now, because it fits (and it turns me on, so, sue me). OTOH, I may shorten the story at some other points where I've tried to put too much plot into it.
Anyway, at the moment the novel is at 18.800 words. Cross your fingers that it will develop further.
Tomorrow: office day!

Date: 2005-04-08 08:40 am (UTC)It is a left-over challenge story from the Sarek Fun Fest in 2003 - actually I wrote most of it in August 2003, then I tried to reanimate it in 2004 and now in 2005. It's AU, and the plot is based on two questions: "What if Surak didn't win on Vulcan, but had to leave with his followers?" and "How would an all-male Vulcan Society look like?". So like in my story "Osh've", it's about the interaction of people from very different societies and their possible downfall.
The S/Mc grows, but not sure to where. From originally one story I've reached a three-story-line by now. One is done, the other two are in the works. Say...do you ever beta things? :)

Let me know if you're serious and if you want me to just mention corrections or go ahead and correct it and send it back. Not a hundred percent sure on what the usual policy is for betas...I've never had an occassion to use one myself - too impatient. ;)
