Lately I had the pairing Spock/Picard in mind, and I would love to
read some fiction with them.

So I offer: Write me a Spock/Picard fiction (any rating, but
relationship or strong UST should be implied) and get a story with a
pairing of your choice from TOS, TNG or DS9. VOY is debatable, ENT is
not (I just know nothing about it). Other pairings can be involved
(e.g. Picard/Sarek), but please keep K/S to a minimum ;)

There are many possibilities - there is that line that young Picard
has attended the wedding of Sarek's son (could only have been
Spock's...or?). Picard has that big meld with Sarek, and meets him
also shortly before his death. Then he meets Spock on Romulus and
melds with him. What comes afterwards, no one knows, but chances are
their paths are crossing again...

As inspiration, you can read "Between Equals" by Robin Lawrie

And Lyra wrote an inspired drabble for me lately

Stories should be posted to ASCEM (I can help you if needed.)

It's up to you now. Engage! :)

Why is it Spock/Picard instead of Picard/Spock??

The order means nothing, really. From TOS POV, it's Spock/Picard for me. From TNG POV, Picard/Spock. There is no deeper meaning implied ;)

Well, a girl can always ask. Nice story by Robin. Thanks for the link. If Spock/Picard ever demand to take up residence on my laptop, I'll send it right to you.

Between Equals was really good, wasn't it?? Defintely the best scenario. I also liked the Spock/Data one - 'The Way of the Truthseeker' by Taylor Dancinghands - which had a very similar scenario and is second in a series - previous story was Data/Picard - that story is Spock/Data and then I think there is a third which was Spock/Picard, actually - it was after the last movie with Data dead. Only in that story Data was alive within B4...it got complicated.

I think Picard might remind Spock too much of himself or his father to be much of a romantic pairing for me, but a good author can convince me on occassion.
