So, I took the advice of my friends to heart :) I ate the strawberry tart and stopped whining (but was too full for any salad). I prepared some important mail and updated a group website (even if not mine). And I READ FICK!

Whew! Yeah, T'Thrill's pretty steamy to read. Funny thing is I was just reading her fic a few days ago, too. I had missed the last part she posted and now I'm dying to know what happens to the trio and the babies that Saavik is having. Damn...why did she stop there??? I'm happy for Kirk to know he will have a grandson (though the icky business with Chekov made me skim a little...not a Chekov fan.) and that Spock will have a child.

But then, of course, I start feeling sad for Len. He'll (hopefully) have two kids to dote on like an uncle/grandfather, but none of his own blood or to call his own. Kinda sad... Almost enough to make me attempt a story where Len gets a kid of his own, but that'd probably end up mpreg somehow and I don't think the pairing would really work that way.

Oh no - attack of a weird plot bunny involving McCoy on an alien planet and tripping an ancient device that knocks him up... No! Bad, bunny, bad!! Way too goofy... LOL
