Wow--what a fabulous, fabulous article. Finally, an article about slash that says so many things I agree with, instead of sounding like they interviewed one person twenty years ago. and SO RIGHT about the lower popularity of femslash being linked to the lack of good female-female relationships in most fandoms until recently... I will link on my LJ and provide quotes. This is excellent.

and the bits that referred to K/S made me squee, lol, which is rare--usually the way contemporary slash articles describe K/S makes me cringe.
