Ebay wonk.
Jan. 20th, 2006 01:15 amThere is that nice t-shirt from the UK (remember, same continent ;) and the postage says:
£20,00 Sellers Standard International Rate North and South America, Europe.
Is the seller mad, I think, and send her the following question:
20 GBP for postage to Germany??? Is there any way to get it cheaper?
She says:
how does £10.00 sound to you then.
kind regards.
My reply, after a little research:
Sorry, it doesn't sound much better. I had a look at other t-shirt
auctions, and the UK folks usually send a t-shirt around in England for 2
GBP and to Europe for 2-3 GBP. For 6 GPB, one of them would send worldwide.
Your postage is highly overpriced in my rating. I'm no longer interested in
the article. Good luck
And that's what I get back ;)
