I caved in once again...and bought the first season of Supernatural. After reading all those squees in my flist AND having seen that extremely well-done songvid lately, I'm dying to learn more about that series.

I really like the show. It's a little cheesy and you can see the budget shortcuts in places--driving scenes are really obviously done on a stage with a blue screen--but it just adds to its charm.

I'm still giggling over the Simpsons reference in the Striga episode.
