I played around...have now several new possible background pics (K/Mc, S/Mc, Casablanca and a great sunset), and have set up "Darlin'" by the Beach Boys as ringtone. People will hate me *gggggg*
Really?! Mostly I think they are terrible - not stand-alone, but e.g. in a train compartment, when there are half a dozen starting to ring at the same time *rolls eyes*G*
I dislike people who use their mobile phone in the train. The most of them only want to show the phone. And the calls, wow.... most of them are so irrelevant.
This is completely unrelated to you post (and you don't know me at all), but I think you've created some (very excellent!!) K/S, etc screensavers... Could you tell me what software you used? And how you did it?
Hello Scarlettmoon! :) Welcome to my journal! Thank you for liking my screensavers and other works.
I use the Axialis software at http://www.axialis.com/ssp/. I bought the corporate edition for my freelance business, because when I looked for and tested screensaver software, I found that all of the good ones were payware. So I decided to spend the money on it. But you can download a 30-day trial from Axialis, and I just saw that the private edition is at 27$ only.
The simple screensavers are made by finding shots and compiling them into one with Axialis. That's very easy, once you have the material.
I also once did a complex S/Mc screensaver based on a flash movie which I made in Koolmoves (another - but cheap - payware). This was a lot more work.
HTH - chime up if you got more questions. Thanks again for the wonderful feedback, I appreciate it a lot! :))))
Oh! Thank you so much! The flash one looks really cool. I've been asked to create a screen saver for our mission, mandate, values, and vision at work, and I find the solution in fandom! I find that amusing :)
