That's fascinating. You don't plan on visiting here for the jubileum, do you? ;-) What field was your special interest in?

My focus was on physical chemistry, I received a PhD in Prof. Heinze's department of electrochemistry (but dropped out of chemistry right after that in 1999 and became a freelance technical writer).

Is there any jubilee? Please enlighten me :)

Now it's getting scary. I'm thinking of taking physical chemistry, too. It's rather logical. Although, on the third time doing the course, organic gets better, too.

The university has its 550th jubilee this year. There are many plans made, even the pope will come. (Not that I'm really interested in that, just mentioning it to show how big the're making everything out to be.)

Hi! Thanks for the birthday greeting.

It's okay that it's late. I didn't celebrate on my actual birthday anyway; I had to work. So it was mostly just going out to eat with in-laws and parents yesterday and today. It was fun.
