The German Weather
Jul. 19th, 2004 08:14 pmEither it's 16°C and raining & thunderstorming, or it's 28°C and terribly hot (and with a high humidity, logically).
The thunderstorms are increasingly heavy - these are the pics after a few minutes of a tornado(!) in Duisburg yesterday

In the region of my parents, Freiburg, there was a big storm at 8th of July with heavy hailing which destroyed about half of the expected wine harvest of 2004

I wonder what's going on...(let's hope it's only the solar flares / sunspots).

Date: 2004-07-21 07:38 am (UTC)Mind if I add you, Birgit? In case you wonder who the heck I am, I used to hang around on ST Yahoo groups (something like a million years ago, lol) under the name "Saya" :) Found your journal the other day when looking for ST people on LJ...

Date: 2004-07-22 05:04 am (UTC)I don't have time to be very active in the fandom at the moment, so I mostly lurk on some lists. But, nice to see familiar faces here in the LJ land also :)
