Chekov is a sweety. If he has some good lines, I predict a 150% raise in Chekov fic - hm, that may still be zero. Let's reframe - at least enough to make a GO category with the "5 stories by 2 writers" rule.

My Urban hopes for McCoy are high (great McCoy impression here) but he looks rather meaty in this shot. Hmmm.

Quinto great - Pine as colorless as usual.

All others okay but not in my focus (sorry).
