Wild horse-bunnies. When a story just gets pulled right out of you. Do you get them?
Writer's block. Have you been scourged?
Clean up duty. Do you like editing?
The ending. Is it hard for you to find the ending?
The title. Where do you get yours? Do you have yours when you start the story?
Plot. If you plot out your stories first, raise your hand.
POV. How do you choose your POV for a scene? For a story?
Challenge. Do you like them? Do they inspire you?
Sex. Do you like writing sex?
Ideas. From everywhere: movies, other stories, chats, out of the blue.

Writer's block. Yes, most of 2006, for example.
Clean up duty. I don't really like to edit my stuff *admits*
The ending. Is often the first thing I write.
The title. Is never added to the story before it's finished, even when I know it long before.
Plot. I plot only if the story is rather complex...or if I have writer's block from being unable to decide how to move on.
POV. I try to follow the rule that the POV should always be with the person who has to lose the most. However, if I want to be the character very distanced to others (or himself), I write in second or third person POV.
Challenge. Sometimes inspiring, sometimes only stressing because I just can't come up with anything. Duh.
Sex. I like writing sex, but it does have a mechanical, engineered component in writing it. So I've come to prefer dialog over it.
Other than that, gave myself off for the rest of the weekend. I'm still fighting the cold I inherited from my husband (sigh). Thanks, luv ;)
