I ticked the last option, but I somehow like it better when 'first time' fics actually end with the hot sex scene or at least fade to black, otherwise anything goes.

I don't care, as long as they're obviously a couple... but I'm very flexible on my definition of "obvious". :D They don't need to kiss on the steps of Grand Central Station; in fact, if it's ambiguous for nine-tenths of the story, it might be even more fun. :D (And that doesn't mean there has to be a "big dramatic reveal", any more than there has to be a hot sex scene.)
