Wordpress, reloaded.
Sep. 25th, 2008 01:34 amSpent all evening on fiddling with the possible new theme for my business blog, aka the Branford Magazine Style.
One of the reasons I want to switch is that I have too many readers that come via search engines but don't stay for more than one article. In addition, I want to include ads for one (or more?) of my techwriting partner companies and I need space in the sidebar for that.
Unfortunately, I don't have as much clue about themes and PHP as people generally think, so my fiddling has not yet solved all problems... but I'm hopeful :) At least I have a clean XAMPP and fresh blog installation on my computer now; I had so much old garbage around that a complete reinstall was called upon.
